by john Ok, lets go large: These are Ascending degree with a nod to some chart aspects- Ripon 15.30 Eye of the Storm - Neptune conjunct descendant. Ripon 16.00 Kings Advice - Jupiter square Ascendant, Jupiter Hour. Sandown 16.40 El Terremoto - Uranus square 5th, Mars Hour. C'est la vie! C'est la vie, say astrologers, goes to show you never can tell. Quote Sat Apr 27, 2019 12:18 pm
by GB We have the first two Classics this weekend. Neither of the Guineas is looking easy! I'm going to wait until the field thins-out a bit, but I can't ignore either of the classics this weekend. 14:55 on Saturday has a clear Addey indication, unfortunately it's the favourite. 4 by woke satan Neither of the Guineas is looking easy! Angular Jupiter/Mars gives Urban Icon or possibly Advertise. It looks like the going may turn soft, which rules both of these out as they both want G, GS or GF ground. From a JAM point of view, I'm looking at Madhmoon - 5th quincunx Moon ant. on 12th cusp Quote Fri May 03, 2019 10:08 am
by Vas 13.50 Newmarket on Sat Since Mars and Neptune are angular I go for: -Max Zorin -Aquarium 15.25: -Kick on (Mars and Venus in Aries angular) -Royal Marine (5th addey sextile Neptune) Quote Fri May 03, 2019 12:57 pm
by GB My thoughts for this weekend at Newmarket: Saturday 14:55 Coronet (Sun) 15:35 The 2000 Gns, not easy. Addey using just aspects to bodies, gives Mars. As Mars is also on the MC I am taking an EW punt on Royal Marine. Sunday 14:20 is very difficulty and I am probably wrong, but going for Shenanigans (very EW), mainly from the Moon. 15:35 The 1000 Gns. Still lacking ideas ☹ Quote Fri May 03, 2019 4:48 pm
by john Early doors yet. Intial look for longer odds tomorrow on the 2000G, using my usual method and a nod to the aspects: Kick On, Set Piece, Shine So Bright, Name The Wind. Haven't got as far as the 1000G. Easy peasey! C'est la vie, say astrologers, goes to show you never can tell. Quote Fri May 03, 2019 6:49 pm
by woke satan 2.20 Newmarket Ornate 4 places @ 30/1 5th trine ant. Mercury, conj. PoF 12th (He likes this track having won a handicap here a couple of weeks ago). Quote Sat May 04, 2019 1:17 pm
by john We're in a muddle with the 1000G. Our brains have gone skitter skatter and we're in fairyland. C'est la vie, say astrologers, goes to show you never can tell. Quote Sun May 05, 2019 1:33 pm
by GB I did say GB wrote:Neither of the Guineas is looking easy! so I was right about something. I think I will just forget about this weekend. Quote Sun May 05, 2019 3:37 pm
by woke satan I think I will just forget about this weekend. Don't think that both Jupiter and Saturn being retrograde helped. Quote Mon May 06, 2019 11:02 am
