That is reflected in the chart by the Moon being in a Venus (your femininity) sign, rather than a Saturn (child) sign. That does not mean at all that the child is not important to you. Of course, it is. But the primary focus is the feminine experience of bearing it and raising it as "your own", so to speak.

Here you have an example of a planet and its antiscion being nearly side by side (not 10 degrees but minutes apart). The antiscion of a planet is always located in the mirror position by spliting the chart in two along the zero degree Cancer-Capricorn axis. There are no other requirements; any planet in any place will show up in the mirror.

Worry always gets in the way of anything, be it worry of losing something or worry about not getting something. When it comes to L12 things can get very subtle. The ideal state is one where one is at peace whether a desire is satisfied or not.
