Euro 2016 Thread... 31 by Jupiterhead I'm dedicating this thread to AG, Konrad, and GB... Gonna break down the synopsis for every match... See you on the 9th... Frawley, and Lehman - Lehman as the Dsc for France or the Fav (Asc) for every other match... Yes... If it's not astronomically true, it's not astrologically true. Quote Thu Jun 02, 2016 8:00 pm

Frawley, and Lehman - Lehman as the Dsc for France or the Fav (Asc) for every other match... Yes... Right, that's fine. But unless a method works on a Saturday at 15.00 for all of the matches in England it isn't working. People explain those away by pointing to singular matches as if the singular matches are more important astrologically solely due to the fact they are singular in that country but the elephant in the room is that all of the games kicking off at 15.00 have almost identical charts yet produce very different results. Frawley isn't much help since he admits his method doesn't work, and that after spending a whole book outlining it. I'm at the point now where I have to conclude that either it isn't possible to predict the results of sporting contests or that we need the formation charts of the teams to be able to judge the results accurately. The implications and results of being able to do this are huge for us as astrologers, but picking random individual games is not going to lead to anything substantial, in my experience. http://www.esmaraldaastrology.wordpress.com Quote Thu Jun 02, 2016 9:14 pm
33 by Jupiterhead I understand your frustration, Konrad. I've spent every day, for 5 years, on this subject. The Euro's are not random matches. They are singular games of high importance. I don't believe 3pm Saturday games work because you are seeking many different answers from one single chart question. If it's not astronomically true, it's not astrologically true. 34 by GB We seem to have this discussion in the Racing thread! I will not bother moving it but perhaps we should continue the discussion in the Euro 2016 thread. Quote Fri Jun 03, 2016 10:25 am

36 by PallasAthene EPSOM 14:35 today, Addey method gives mars Rx in scorpio in 2nd, mars rules 2nd and 7th. I can see 4 horses out of 10 that fit; Fire Fighting (IRE) 12/1 What About Carlo (FR) 5/1 Master Of Finance (IRE) 7/1 Dark Red (IRE) 9/4 Quote Fri Jun 03, 2016 12:35 pm
37 by Jupiterhead Hi, Pallas Yes, reminds me of today's 15:25 at Market Rasen. Sun is the first aspect and we have:- -Sirius Star -Gold Ingot -Royal Macnab If it's not astronomically true, it's not astrologically true. Quote Fri Jun 03, 2016 12:58 pm

Campanus 5th at 27 Aq, next stop is MC at 2 Leo. Sun in gemini in 8th (also rules 11th) It's a fillies race. If you use colours, in this case royal colours being Leo, and sun in term of Jupiter, just about every one of the 9 horses could fit! However, I think I like Harlequeen for sun in gemini and also the checkerboard colours. Quote Fri Jun 03, 2016 1:15 pm
40 by Jupiterhead Hey PA I don't use the outers with the Addey method. Cool spot - be interesting to see how things play out! If it's not astronomically true, it's not astrologically true. Quote Fri Jun 03, 2016 1:15 pm

Yes, I left quite a few races out today because they had 4 different minor aspects, all within a 1 degree orb! If it's not astronomically true, it's not astrologically true. 42 by PallasAthene ok, for 15:25 Market Rasen I have a perfect aspect to AC from campanus 5th at 12:39 Aquarius to AC at 12:39 Libra. This would give a Libra significator and/or venus combust in gemini in 8th house, ruling 1st and 8th. Explained? If using AC is not to your liking, and sometimes I'm not sure about using angles, next hit is saturn Rx at 13:05 sag. Sirius Star maybe? MC at 16 cancer is not that far from Sirius! or Hindon Road? I also feel Explained fits this significator too. So, I'm going for Explained and Sirius Star as a combination of 1st and 2nd. Quote Fri Jun 03, 2016 1:33 pm
