Sorry, I am getting confused now.
It has to do with the UTC time changes that unless you're doing time zone lookups for the location, the times will be an hour off for approximately 6 months out of the year. This is why it is best to use UTC (which I do in Delphic Oracle) unless you want to bog down the calculation with iterations of zone lookups.

I stumbled on this article only to find that,with Parse fortunae in Cancer,at age 55 I am in Aries period which happens to be 10th from fortune.Mars is exalted but in 8th or 7th from Fortuna .Aries is the 11th sign.How do I begin to read this.From natal chart I would expeect fame or damaged reputation since Mars is in eight.Aries is also Part of spirit. Need some help with this
