Likely to happen while pluto and neptune are in winter signs

It's becoming hard to hide the evidence.
A month ago 100000 cattle died in South Dakota, because an early blizzard in early October. The animals were still in their summer grazing spots and didn't have any winter furs yet:

Even NASA has now admitted that this is the weakest solar cycle in a century and that the next cycle is likely to be even weaker, with possibly no sunspots at all.
That would mean very cold and long winters for the next couple of decades, and occasional cold summers as well.
