Colours of planets and signs 1 by Diamond Dear All, I would love to hear your opinions in connection with the colours of zodiac signs and planets. Sometimes it is difficult to find out the colours when trying to analyse a chart. I use white for Moon, red for Aries and Mars but there are several signs and planets which are not really clear for me. I use brown and black for Saturn but I have already read that some astrologers attribute dark blue to it. For me, Sagittarius represents blue but I do not know if it can be red, too. Gemini, Virgo, Taurus and Libra, Mercury and Venus can be also problematic. What are the most chracteristic colours that fit to them? What colour would you think of when the Moon is in Taurus? Can Mercury and Venus represent light colours or white too? I have noticed that the Sun (yellow) can mean red too, mostly when it is in Aries or Scorpio. It is also clear that Uranus in Aries can mean a purple shade or simply red and blue. But besides these combinations there are several others, but the first step would be to find the most revealing colour for each sign and planet. Thanks. Diamond Quote Thu Nov 14, 2013 7:27 pm
2 by GB There seem to be a number of different suggestions for planets and colour, and once yo go to planet in sign it gets very difficult, with lots of different suggestions. For the simple planet-colour question the following seem well supported: Mars - Red. Sun - yellow/orange, but also red. Moon - white/silver and possibly grey. Jupiter - purple (imperial colour) and blue, but not light blue. Saturn - black and dark colours. Mercury is often taken as mixed colours, so stripes or other multi-coloured. Venus light colours, and sometimes green. There is no agreement about the trans-Saturn planets which seem to have many suggestions. The question of planets and colour needs a lot more research from looking at actual results from various sporting events - football and horse racing in particular. Quote Sun Nov 17, 2013 3:46 pm
Wales v Tonga (Rugby) 4 by bob.mitchell (firefly) Tonga came out dressed in white and then surprise Wales came out in all Grey - even the announcer commented on it. Usually they are red and black. I think they must have an astrologer on the Welsh side getting support from the Moon. If they had come out in red and black I would have to put them on the descendant which was Capricorn. Ascendant = 20 degrees Cancer and Moon and Cancer conjunct Ascendant. The score was Wales 17-7 Tonga. I think the time was 19:30 GMT at Cardiff Date: 22 Nov 2013.
