Can anyone help with house designation please?

We live next to a block of flats which is ripe for knocking down and rebuilding.

We are trying to sell our house but with no luck and I wondering if we might be better to stay put until after the new building goes up as the area will look much nicer.

Which house do I assign to the block of flats? Is it 4th? What about a significator for knocking down and rebuilding - saturn?

Which house should be given to the developer - working this out would be helpful for timing - is this 7th house?

Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

The block of flats is represented by the 3rd house, including knocking down and rebuilding. The 3rd house describes your neighbours and neighbourhood. Look at the condition of the 3rd house and its ruler.

The 4th should be asigned to your house, where you live. Look at its condition and the ruler to see if it can be sold soon.
