Vehicles in Horary Astrology

A good friend of mine writes to me and asks whether this is an auspicious time for the purchase of an automobile.

Of the few horary texts I possess, Lilly is the most recent, and I, as a beginning student, have no idea where a contemporary horary astrologer would locate the topic of automobiles. Pardon me if I am asking a question upon which consensus was reached long ago; automobiles play such a large role in people's lives that you must surely have decided, by now, where to locate them.

So where would one locate an automobile in a horary chart? Which house or planet?
