Guards on the Bridge

Here is a game from Sweden for Tuesday:

Brage - Halmstads, 19.00 CEST 60N29, 15E25
Odds: 3,55 3,30 2,00
Asc 11SG45 MC 28LI21 Moon 8CN28 POF 24SC40
Day Mars, Hour Venus (Regio) - radical by mutual powers with Jupiter

Calculate this chart for Placidus house cusps and check the location of the Sun. This is what I mean about a visual perspective of the guards being on the bridge and leaning towards a draw, even though I would prefer Regio houses. Venus, LHr, in same signs as Jupiter, L1, should give favour to the home team.

It is a test! What to expect?? Just to confuse things, Mercury, L7, is trine the Ascendant. So it is all about the hierachy of testimonies. Maybe there are too many contradictions in the chart to be sure - but we will have the result on Tuesday! :D
-----------------------------------------------------------------
This game is super, because either we gain information regarding planetary hour systems, or whether aspect takes precedence over LHr in same sign as L1.

A few more terrific charts to monitor on Wednesday:

Norwegian first division;

Ullsaker/Kisa - Hamkam,
18.00 CEST 60N09, 11E11
Odds: 2,75 3,30 2,40
Asc 0SG18 MC 8LI45 Moon 20CN22 POF 24SC15
Day Mercury, Hour Saturn (Regio) - radical by triplicity

Ullsaker/Kisa are in 2nd position in the 1st division but loose the favourite mark because of match fixing scandal and loosing the last 3 matches. However, this game is radical by triplicity AND Mars is seated on the MC within 30' of orb. What an opportunity to monitor yet another angular planet! Mars is Lord of the 4th, another indication that can bury the result and lead to a draw. The only hazard is Uranus at 8AR31 that is on the IC that could import 'something different', although by considering the odds the draw is best priced and the 'outside' result.

IF Hamkam win this would give a new testimony to the importance of Saturn, Lord of Hour, seated in his own triplicity and also having control of the 7th house.

In the qualifying round of the Champions League;

Molde - Ventspils, 20.45 CEST 62N44, 7E11
Odds: 1,22 6,00 12,00
AsC 20SG25 MC 17SC52 Moon 21CN49 POF 15SG42
Day Mercury, Hour Jupiter (Regio) - radical

The chart is radical. Mercury, L7, casts his antiscia to 18TA01 and the IC. The Moon casts her antiscia to 8GE11 and is conjunct Jupiter (LHr+L1) and trine Mars, L10. That antiscia of Mercury sure looks interesting, and maybe Ventspils score, but I am still going with Solskjaer's boys, who are the favourites.

Ullsaker/Kisa - Hamkam 0-1
I am very pleased with this. Mars as L4 could have given some advantage to the guest, yet the draw may have been first in mind. But then angular Uranus does NOT allow a draw. Uranus splits and separates things. But formost - Saturn was in control and gave advantage to the descendant under this contract. Now we have 3 examples. Next time there could be reason to place a bet.

Molde - Ventspils 3-0
This is also good and it brought money home to the bank, but the odds were not all that good. However, Ventspils manage to hold a 0-0 draw in the first half, which is to their credit. :'

Another exciting game for Thursday that takes us to Sweden;

H?cken - ?rebro, 20.00 CEST Gothenburg 57N43, 11E58
Odds: 1,50 3,40 7,00
Asc 26SG56 MC 12SC20 Moon 4LE09 POF 3CP37
Day Jupiter, Hour Venus - radical by joined powers, Jupiter, + in same sign

Radicality is a first testimony of strength for the favourite. The Lord of the Hour in the same sign as the Lord of the Asc. is good for the home team. This has proven be be a good rule. Additionally, the Part of Fortune is on the antiscia of the ascendant. What a perfect opportunity to test out the virtue of this combination. The astrology suggest to go for the home team favourites.

H?cken - ?rebro 2-1 :'

?rebro took the lead after 4 minutes. Then H?cken equalized in the 22nd. The H?cken had a player sent off in the 83rd minute. I saw my money disappearing but still felt calm that the chart said a home win. With only 10 men left on the pitch H?cken scored the deciding goal in the 87th minute. I am enjoying myself immensly! :D

Here is my preparatory work for Friday:

Norwegian Tippeliga
Haugesund - Sognsdal,
19.00 CEST
Odds: 1,45 4,25 7,00
Asc 8SG31 MC 20L45 Moon 16LE35 POF 26SG43
Day Venus, Hour Moon (Regio) - not radical

This chart is disturbing. Haugesund are such a strong home team, yet the chart is not radical. Maybe Leo adds warmth to the Moon, Lady of the Hour, so she shares the moisture and warmth of Jupiter, who is Lord of the ascendant. But then the Moon is in the same sign as Mercury, Lord of the 7th, and this is an obvious testimony for the guests. The planet Uranus at 8AR31 is in an exact (!!) trine to the ascendant and Jupiter is sitting on the descendant at 8GE14.

What we have learnt is that Jupiter in Gemini on the descendant is generous with goals and likes 3-2 scorelines, maybe even 4-2. I am not convinced Sogndal can beat Haugesund at home, but if you want to try something crazy, a 3-2 scoreline at the odds of 24:1 or 2-3 at the price of 50:1 may give some excitement.

Denmark, Superliga
Silkeborg IF - AC Horsens,
18.30 CEST
Odds: 2,45 3,35 2,75
Asc 10SG26 MC 17LI16 Moon 16LE18 POF 28SG23
Day Venus, Hour Moon - not radical

The type of radicality suggests the guests, but radicality in itself offers a rather wide time-window, so when comparing charts there must be some details that differenciate games. The Moon in Leo is sextile the MC and could do it for the home team Silkeborg (Slik Castle). Yet, the Sun is inconjunct POF and this could push the result into the deep end. Horsens are 4 places above Silkeborg in the Superliga. The Moon * MC is cast through signs of long ascension - maybe this could be an obstacle?

The question of radicality is disturbing in both these charts, but it is a good opportunity to check the strength of the Moon, LHr, in Leo with the Lord of the 7th and how it peforms. This is prominent in both charts, but does it work the same way? In the Haugesund chart, Jupiter, L1, on the descendant could do something convincing for the home team. I think I'll sleep on the matter...

Comments to the above:

Re. Haugesund's game - you HAVE TO check last weeks game between Lillestrom and Tromso that has so many similar qualities. Lillestrom won this game 4-2, even though by odds it appeared to be a much more evenly balanced match. I think I will go with Haugesund with a 3-2 scoreline as starters. Maybe I get lucky this time without the home team going bananas and pocketing 4!!

Re. the Silkeborg game, I will cast my token on Horsens. LHr with Mercury, L7. Mercury trine the ascendant. POF inconj the Sun. The Moon casts her aspect to the MC through signs of long ascension. Testimonies appear to favour the guests, but we're gonna find out anyway!

Saturnday's game in the Norwegian tippeliga:

Molde - Viking, 19.00 CEST
Odds: 1,42 4,25 8,00
Asc 5SG15 MC 23LI49 Moon 29LE56 POF 5CP41
Day Satur, Hour Mars - radical by powers with ascendant

The comparison is the game between Copenhagen and Midtjylland on July 15. Saturn was exact on the MC also in this chart. Mars, LHr, is in the same sign as Saturn, exalted on the MC. Go for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's boys and favour with Molde! ;)

In Denmark;

FC Midtjylland - FC Nordsjaelland,
17.00 CEST
Odds: 2,30 3,40 2,90
Asc 25SC08 MC 23VI12 Moon 28LE40 POF 24SG333
Day Saturn, Hour Jupiter - radical by triplicity

The chart is radical by triplicity. Jupiter has control neither on the 1st nor the 7th. Mars, L1, and Venus, L7, are going nowhere - the draw would be soo cool! 8)

Molde - Viking 1-2
First, the Day of Saturn and Hour of Mars is malefic - I will note that, because Viking were true underdogs. But the detail I missed was Mars, LHr, sextile Mercury, L7. :-sk

FC Midtjylland - FC Nordsjaelland 3-1
Ih this chart Mars is L1 and Mercury is L10 and also dispositor of the Lord of the Hour. Mars is elevated above Jupiter, who is Lord of Hour. Jupiter in the same sign as Venus, L7, allows Nordsjaelland to score but not win. The sextile between Mars and Mercury through signs of long ascension does not convert to a square in this game - maybe because significaators are above the horizon.

The Moon is VOC, but has a contract with Neptune by opposition in the next sign as Neptune is in the first 3 degrees of Pisces. This could cause some sort of 'double destortion'. First, running wild and then a state of exposiure and confusion. :???:
