Missing element - water

Hi,
checking the elements is usually a good approach to a chart. It is not uncommon to find that one element is missing.
E.g. in the chart of the present british Prime Minister,
D.Cameron, born Oct. 9th, 1966 ... the year of the Fire Horse.

No water - usually not very talented when communicative skills matter. Rashness often (mis) taken for boldness. However, partly balanced by metal.

Yang Fire and Yin Metal (+F -M) that are found in the year stem and in the stems of the day and the hour tend to combine to bring about a change resulting in Water (change of the element).However, this is just a "flirt", a real change can't be brought about here as there is no catalytic agent in the monthly earth branch.
However, in the present 10 Years' Cycle (age 40-49) we find Yang Water and Tiger. This might account for the fact that Cameron, despite his lack of water in his basic chart, has been able to be Prime Minister. He would have hardly succeeded without this kind of support. One just cannot be successful in politics without a certain amount of water. But apart from that: generally Yang Water/ Tiger are not the primary lucky components for Cameron's Day Pillar.
