Well I think Michael Jackson might win, cause of Jupiter Return.

But I was trying to do horary chart... and got very confused.

In the horary chart, 11 degrees of Pisces rises. The 1st house
represents Michael Jackson, as a defandant. The ruler of the 1st house is
Neptune or Jupiter. Neptune in Aquarius in 12th house and Jupiter in Libra in
7th house.
His opponent is signified by Mercury, ruler of the 7th house. Mercury in
Gemini in 3rd house.
Mutable angles - the outcome is still unknown or flexible.
North Node in 1st house, South Node in 7th house - Michael Jackson might
win.
The court is signified by the Jupiter, ruler of the 10th house. Jupiter in
Libra in 7th house cusp.
Part of Fortune is in 1st house - Michael Jackson might win.
Michael Jackson might agree with the verdict if his ruler is
retrograde.
Jupiter and Neptune are in retrograde...

If the ruler of the 10th house is retrograde, he will not act fairly.
Sagittarius is on the 10th house cusp.
If Pisces is on the ascendant and Virgo is on 7th house cusp, the case
might move to another court????
Jupiter trine Neptune and Jupiter trine Mercury?

If Ascendant ruler is retrograde, it is weak.

The jury - 6th house - Sun conjunct Mercury, Trine Neptune and
Jupiter.

I think Michael Jackson might win, I'll say 70% chance. Smile

Maybe, but hey, I sure know that MY jupiter return was a bit of a let-down....

Now that the jury is deliberating, I'm tempted to go back and sit on the fence (and I don't even have any Libra in me).

The trial chart was hard to weigh up. As a contest chart (using Lilly's table), Jackson ends up ahead; not overwhelmingly, but by a healthy distance. and there are some nice 11th house placements (freedom and release) which are sympathetic to the 7th house (jury) placements. so i'm sure there is some jury sympathy there.

but then I can't get around the fact that Jackson's significator (Mars) is opposed by Saturn (verdict).

overall, I think the best interpretation is that he will be convicted of some charges but not others. and then the lawyer in me has his own opinions...but...gah! dont really know [rushes back to sit happily on the fence] Very Happy

I think the Saturn Mars opposition shows he loses, but that might be ME being a mother and thinking my god, people couldn't let him get off twice!

But your arguement for being found guilty of some charges and not others does make sense.

I''m wondering how the Jupiter direct will affect me!~ =)

Well I think Jupiter just change things around...
Depend on other planets and aspects....
If you're having problems... Jupiter is there to help you get out...
be optimist. Give you some type of good luck charm...

For example, I wanted an apartment and a car and a job...
and I finally got them... but then I wasn't happy...
because I had 3 big dogs, they pooped everywhere in my small apartment, I wanted to go to College, and I wanted a better career.
So painfully I go out of my way,,, being optimist...
And went to college, got myself a career, didn't be pessimism....
Then when I no longer had my Jupiter Return,
I lost everything... and became pessimism,,,
I was not believing in myself anymore.... got scare

So with Michael Jackson, since he'll have his Jupiter Return, whatever happen... he has to think positive.

to me Jupiter Return is a good thing...
not always positive to some people.

I think Saturn Return is too harsh for me.

has the Moon in the 12th house... intersting, I'm waiting to see how the outcome relates to the charts.

At 2:15 at the time of the actual reading the moon slips into the 11th house... on the electional chart... intersting. well I can't say I agree with the verdicts. But it certainly makes for an interesting observation of a case via Chart.

Well maybe that Jupiter Return did save the day for Jacko after all!! Very Happy

I really thought that Mars/Saturn opposition was a big negative for Jackson and would be reflected in the verdict: perhaps all it was showing was "stiff opposition."

Let's remember, though, that Deb's analysis put Jackson ahead of the prosecution by several points. And the 11th House was highlighted and nicely-aspected.

If the 11th House contains benefics and is well-aspected in a trial chart, it is reasonable to conclude that acquittal will follow......

Hi
In the example Dykes provides ,he says that for a Gemini ASC like M. Jackson, if Mercury is poorly aspected,he can try to find "happiness" via one of the triplicity rulers.
However I fail to see how a planet like Saturn could do that?
Gemini needs freedom of expression. How can Saturn ever allow that given its basic nature?

Thanks

Hi Damon,

The forum guidelines have changed a lot since this thread was created over 8 years ago(!)

We now only discuss nativities here such as world leaders or other public figures like royalty that have an influence on mundane affairs.

Your clearly burning to discuss triplicity rulers but this isn't the place to do it.

Please read the mundane forum guidelines:

Thanks
