what mean if most progresed planets conjuct natal planets? i mean saturn-saturn,uran-uran,neptun-neptun, venus-venus, hiron-hiron,upiter-upiter. is that good or bad? thank u very much!

It is important that you first masters the mechanics of a Technic, before trying to use it. For instance, if you are referring to secondary progressions, it should be clear that planets will have different velocities in their progressions.

In the example that you gave, of course most of the planets quoted will be conjunct their natal versions: they are simply too slow to move more than one or two degrees by progression even in a lifetime! So it would be no wonder that in any single chart, every progressed neptune will always be conjunct natal neptune!!!
