oops i'm editing this. My original post was in answer to the question without having read all the posts through to find the update that Olivia posted. My bad.

My interpretation was that if we use the second house for the RV, as it is a movable possession, then we see that Jupiter and Saturn are in opposition and seperating - the friend came as close as she was likely to to getting that RV.
The mother's money, Mars, was in her 9th House. Perhaps she'd spend the money on a holiday instead.

I've been looking more at sinister/dexter aspects... Besides Venus in the 7th house of open enemies, the Moon-Venus trine is sinister, so it is also a bit dysfunctional. Not to mention both peregrine, if you don't count Dorthean dignities.
