Moon opposite Mars

1
I had a few questions today where the Moon was applying to the opposition of Mars, and I found myself scratching my head to decide whether the charts indicated denial or perfection. The Moon was essentially diginifed in her exaltation in the first degree of Taurus applying to the opposite of Mars, who is in both sign, triplicity, term and face.

The aspect between the Moon and Mars is always accompanied with some struggle or controversy as these two are enemies by accord of their natural powers. Mars did not receive the Moon in any of her dignities, but seeing that both planets were dignified the way is not far for perfection. It proved that both the questions required getting rid of something or finishing something off to proceed further. In both instances opportunities of fortune and esteem lay ahead.

This was one of those days where it was difficult to make sense of the planets applications. I had a chart with stationary Mercury 7LI35 in the 10th, with confirmation shown by the mutual reception with the Moon by face. Mercury is turning direct and the Moon is applying to the degree of her exaltation at 3 Taurus. Seeing that the significators were in fortunate houses and the chart in no other prohibited, I judged that matters were on the rize and should be proceeded.

Hmm... I had a good talk with a client this evening regarding the top job in an international oil company... I think is is Watters that says that sometimes the stationary planet will try to bite over more than he can chew. The matter in question is too big or too demanding. If it isn't Watters, it is something I have from Barclay.

In view of that the the Moon and Mercury only are in reception by face, this reception is more like something that makes things work in a moderate fashion rather than hitting a solution that is top of the shop.

I find myself still scratching my head...
