Dear Goca,
We have 5 matches staring same time on Saturday.
1) Derby County V Bolton
29/09/2007
15:00
Derby
Derby white
Bolton Black
Bolton Asc
Asc: Capri 1 21
Mc: Scorpio 8 51
Saturn Virgo 3 16
Moon Taurus 14 50

Exalted +4
Mercury’s Term
Own face +1
In 4th +4
Direct in Motion +4
Swift in Motion +2
Moon increasing in light +2
Free from combustion and Sun's beams +5
Total=+22
Moon is too strong
Moon is in the 4th house so Dec has advantage
But 4th house Lord Mars is debilitated
Derby has advantage
2) Chelsea V Fulham
29/09/2007
15:00
London
Asc: Capricorn 04 29
Mc: Scorpio 10 12

Total=+16
Mercury
Mars Term
Mars Face
Peregrine -5
In the 9th house +2
Direct in Motion +4
Occidental +2
Free from combustion and Sun's beams +5
Total=+8
Jupiter is stronger
Blackburn wins but Ruler of Mc Mars is in the 7th house confuses me.
5) Wigan V Liverpool
Asc: Sagi 29 26
Wigan: Sky blue-white
Liverpool: White
Asc degree is very crucial here. If the kick off happens a bit late than the Asc will become Capricorn.
Liverpool Wins _________________ Warm Regards,

Rohan,
I would agree with you that Chelsea will (finaly!) win.
Abouth Sunderland vs Blackburn, do not be confused with that Ma inside cusp of 7 house because it is in another sign."The effect of a planet that is in the house , but in a different sign to the house cusp, will be greatly diminished." (Frawley).
But what about that exalted Moon in 4 house? It is not so near cusp, but maybe it will be enought for at least draw? _________________ Greetings,

Dear Goca,
Thanks for your views. Do you really think Derby can win against Bolton?
Logically it seems very difficult. But astrologically I foresee Derby's victory. Derby County V Bolton match will be really a test of our prediction. _________________ Warm Regards,

About Derby vs Bolton, very intersting chart.
I got too for Sa=1 for Moon =13.
If Bolton wear black sport kit, thay will be ASC, so I agree with you.
Yes, DSC team has advantage by AD+ED, but because ruler of MC is so close 7house cusp, according to Frawley, ASC team will control result so I expect draw. _________________ Greetings,

Chelsea is Dark Blue, Fulham will definitely be wearing white(top) & black(bottom). Chelsea is also at HOME and the outright Favorite..... Why do you say Fulham the ASC? |

Moon is always direct, do we still +4 for Moon?
And by the way, I have here Moon decreasing in light. |

Hi Rohan,
Any reason why you haven't included West Ham v Arsenal in your list of 3pm KOs? Another of those difficult London derbies, like Chelsea v Fulham.
Good luck to all for today's games!
Ficina
PS Man City have just beaten Newcastle 3-1, so Jupiter is still doing its stuff |

The Chelsea-Fulham match and the Portsmouth/Reading match had almost identical charts with the same AC degree and hte POF at the same degree yet while there was no goal at Fulham, there were amazingly eleven goals at Portsmouth !! |

Gem, thay are same on first sight, not exactly!
In Chelsea match we have MC conjunct antiscion of Ne.
In Portsmouth match we have no that aspect. Maybe that is the reason?
We have to investigate that!
Rohan, sorry, today I have no time to analyse these matches, my mother is ill, but I hope someone else will post so you can see another point of view. _________________ Greetings,

Hi guys,
Just to let you know, I've started a new thread for October football predictions which will have a wider scope to cover all matches. You can of course continue to post on this thread if you wish to do so.
Cheers,
Ficina |

That seems to be the only explanation we can find...
Or it could be the Moon's close aspect to Uranus...
My best wishes to your mum for a speedy recovery. |

Goca wrote: | Rohan, you was right for 3 matches, I was for only one! Congratulations!
But we both were wrong for Chelsea! Where we made mistake? |
Fulham wears white, so fulham is DSC and represented by the moon. Chelsea is dark blue thus represents Saturn(Capricorn).
The Asian Handicapp for this match is Chelsea -1.5 goals. Hence the general public expects Chelsea to win and possibly by more than 2 goals. The final score is 0-0, which in the public's opinion is considered already an upset.
In this chart, although the Moon is stonger than Saturn; but certainly not strong enough for Fulham to beat Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. The Moon is always direct, so we do not +4 for Accidental Dignities and I still think Moon is decreasing in light (-2) instead of increasing, I don't know if we are looking at the same chart? |
