For example, querent asks about a relationship, so it is a firs hourse -seven house issue. But if jupiter is the 10th ruler, and is right in the Asc cusp, I would say "I think you are more focused in your work than in the relationship"

Other thing I thought now is that Jupiter is the natural significator of good luck, money, spirituality, studies, maybe it can have some meaning.

Or maybe it means the person is getting fat :-P

I don't think you can give a cookie-cutter answer in horary. Jupiter can be seen as his natural significations, the law, a judge, a learned man, a professor, a very noble and giving man, or he can be seen as the ruler of some house in your particular chart.

But remember in these recent charts that Jupiter is conjunct the South Node, which will darken his ability to do the things he naturally would. Jupiter is also in mutual reception with Mercury, and has separated from a sextile with Mercury and will apply to it again. These are all things that can be interpreted.

It would help a lot if we knew the question asked.
