I was thinking the exact same thing! But what are the chances of that happening?

Keep an eye on the odds. That is very much the issue here.

I think our work is very much an interpretation of the clashing powers at a given time and place, but equally in response to the public opinion of how these powers most naturally weigh out. It is also a question of understanding the odds.

I had the Villa-ManU 0-0 draw at odds 11,00:1
and a quadruple that brought home 13,17:1! Lala Happy

I don't see how the odds could have helped us yesterday. Five of the teams were odds-on faves and none of them won. We had 4 draws, 2 underdog wins and 1 fave win.

In my opinion the charts suggested to move away from the favourites, and matters would not deliver results as expected. In fact many of the premiership matches gave nothing with all the 0-0 draws!

Just as we were getting used to 7 and 8 goals a match! Shocked

Just thought I should extend seasons greetings to everyone on the Sports/Speculation message board.

Half way through the season on the Prediction League and it seems there is still everything to play for!!! Yuzuru and Debs seem to have had a good few weeks and Susie has been brought back into the pack.

I'm still enjoying this and hope that I'll have a least one good weekend with a score in double figures (or even several good weeks!!)

Still following the Predictions thread. When personal transits permit more time to analyse charts and provide a reason for the predictions I'll be back on thread more regularly.

Agreed! I'm just relieved to have reached 100 points so I feel more in touch with the rest of the gang. You never know, one day the Skyscript team may get onto the leaderboard...

Hope you have more free time soon to join us on the Predictions thread again Smile

Please allow me to blow my own trumpet. 22 points last week, joint 14th overall (is it out of over 6000) and 3 points off coming joint first!!!!!
A bit of football and a bit of astrology.

For those not able to follow the league table of Skyscript this has allowed me to leap the gap up to the top two and possibly make the title race between three teams.

Now I've said it, the kiss of death will descend upon me and I'm destined for the wooden spoon.

Anyway, it keeps it interesting at this late stage of the season.

Absolutely. Is there something in your birth chart that shows last week as a particularly good week for you? Well done!

Yes, I had a venus station on my jupiter. That's about as good as it gets for me; decent points on an internet game, not even Ģ10 on the lottery. You've got to smile Lala Happy

Well done, John, very impressive!

I'll blow Susie's trumpet for her since she too has her name up in lights this week for getting maximum points for the two 'one-off' games. Congrats, Susie! Thumbs up

A trumpet squeak for myself, having got both results correct but (surprise, surprise, heh!) not the scores Sad But it was good to see the astrology working so well in both those games.

I think a word has to be said for Yuzuru, who has bounced from top to bottom, and now back to the top of our little league, where he is shining like a little star. Well done! Thumbs up

hi, Deb, thanks
I donīt know squat about football, so I had to learn little things, like the team that is listed first is the home team... quite a learning curve.
I did learn quite a lot through the guardian league, but I think their system has great flaws.
The difference in football are usually quite small, but a single goal can score you another two points for free. so luck plays a huge deal in their system.
Also there is a great unbalance against the underdogs... usually the bookmaker gives you a huge prize for betting in the underdog. There is no such premium in the guardian, so usually it pays to bet in the favorites!

And I never thought that a football season was that long !
:-)

After 380 games (and charts!) the season has finally come to an end and it's congratulations to Yuzuru who has come out top of our Skyscript league. Well done Thumbs up

Our final league ranking is 129 which is not bad at all Very Happy
