Yeah thanks, but that definition doesn't point out any distinction
between a separating square and an applying square.

I know an applying square would mess Venus up.

But what about a separating square of 2 degrees from Mars?

I'm wondering if Venus is not as afflicted or free from being afflicted.

I was going to start an election but I chickened out not knowing the
condition of Venus.

Can a planet be afflicted when it is in her own sign and strongly placed? when the afflictor is poorly placed in his alleged fall? I wonder, and Both are pulling away from the square as mars is about to retrograde.

just thought I'd throw in some thoughts on the idea. I dont think these two really like to be square each other, of course that is my own twisted thought on the matter.
